Step 1: Floor Preparation

Understanding the unique nature of each concrete floor, we start with a thorough evaluation during your complimentary consultation, assessing hardness, moisture, and structural integrity. A moisture test and a check for necessary repairs set the stage. We then grind the floor using top of the line equipment to ensure optimal adhesion, utilizing HEPA-filtered vacuums to filter about 95% of the dust.

Step 2: Repair and Resurface

Our floors endure a lot, especially from environmental wear. We address any imperfections such as pits, cracks, and spalling with a polyurea mender. This involves opening up cracks for better adhesion, overfilling, and then smoothing to ensure the surface is level and ready for the next steps.

Step 3: Basecoat Application

For areas like garages, we apply a polyurea starting with the edges and moving to the main floor. Our process ensures an even base coat over all surfaces, preparing them for the chip broadcast.

Step 4: Chip Broadcasting

We ensure a uniform blend of flakes before broadcasting them onto the wet basecoat, covering the floor thoroughly for consistent color and texture.
