Concrete Coating = Happy, Clean, Easy ...I never thought I’d utter those words, but having this coating installed made a huge difference for us. My husband had suggested getting a garage floor coating, and I thought okay, I like to have things clean. But wow, I LOVE this! Having this concrete coating visually brightens up the space, eliminates concrete dust, and can be hosed down (or power washed) in a flash. The TruGrit team was excellent from beginning to end. Austin gave us the quote and explained the process, and then he and Gavin came out to do the floor installation. They started in the morning and wrapped up in the late afternoon. Both young men were friendly, hard-working, and courteous—and they completely cleaned up the site afterward. And lastly, I want to mention that TruGrit includes a non-slip texture in their surface—and what a difference that made for me! We recently had a ton of rain, and our cars dripped water onto the floor, and it was the first time I didn’t have to worry about cautiously walking on the floor. What a relief. We’re most grateful that we had the coating installed and that we chose TruGrit.

TruGrit Concrete Coating Technicians were very professional, courteous and informative about their products and their 6-step process. They also came to my home on May1,2024 and gave an oral presentation and a video showing how my garage and front porch would be treated. I was sent a contract via email which specifically stated the process, the terms of the contract and the cost. On May 30,2024, Austin Webster and two technicians came to home. They were prompt and worked from start to finish. They kept me informed before, during and after the project. Their work performance was excellent. I am completely satisfied with the result. They did a fantastic job transforming our basement and were great to work with! They repaired all the cracks and grinded all the uneven surfaces. It’s a very old house/basement floor and they ran into an issue with a previous repair, Austin clearly communicated the issue, options to fix it, and the impact on the time to finish. They did a very thorough job cleaning up as well. I appreciated how they followed up to ensure we were satisfied. We are very pleased with the outcome and would recommend TruGrit. If you are shopping around for a coating company.. look no further!! True Grit is amazing!!!! We recently had our patio coated after a terrible concrete job. The new concrete was a disaster. It cracked within the first week and then the top couple of layers started chipping off. True Grit came in and sanded all the concrete down and then applied this beautiful coating!! We think it looks awesome and is soo easy to keep clean. Austin is a great guy to work with. He constantly keeps in touch with you by text or phone keeping you updated on what will be the next step. He tells you what time they are coming and going… even calling when he is on the way. We have NEVER had this kind of communication and service between us and ANY company that has done work at our home.. and we have had a lot! Stop your search for the best coating company.. True Grit is your company!!!! Absolutely 5 stars!!! You will not be disappointed!!!!!!!!
